Why am I here?  </div> <div> What is the meaning of this?  My answers: You are at my</div> <div> Philosophy Page.  It is meant to give balance and perspective </div> <div> to my life, and, perhaps, yours.  It starts with my background </div> <div> and shows my interests.</div> <bR> <div> I was born in Cleveland, Ohio, immediately after W.W.II, </div> <div> but before the Baby Boom  – part of the </div> <div> Not-Recognized Generation - December 19, 1945.  </div> <div> I have lived and worked most of my life </div> <div> within 20 minutes of my place of birth.</div> <bR> <div> I attended Cleveland Heights public schools, graduating from </div> <div> Heights High in 1963.  I received my bachelor's degree from </div> <div> Kent State University (class of ‘67) and my law degree from</div> <div> Case Western Reserve University (class of ‘70).  I was admitted</div> <div> to the Ohio Bar on May 2, 1970, two days before the killings at</div> <div> Kent State.</div> <bR> <div> My professional focus is on solving people problems, be that </div> <div> their need for a will, deed, power of attorney, corporation, </div> <div> partnership, trust or other legal document, to dealing with </div> <div> personal tragedies, be it a personal injury, marital difficulties,</div> <div> or guardianships, or other civil or criminal representation.  </div> <bR> <div> I try to make myself available when my clients are available, </div> <div> be it weekdays, evenings or even some Sundays.
