Legal Services Of Nittskoff Law Firm
Thirty-two years ago, there was rioting at the alma mater of David Nittskoff, Kent State University. Four students died. Three students were also killed by National Guard troops at Orangeburg State University in Orangeburg, South Carolina. Many more former students were dying in South Vietnam, North Vietnam and, as officially as of May 1, 1970, Cambodia.
On May 2, 1970 David Nittskoff was admitted to the practice of law as a member of the bar of the State of Ohio. He had graduated from Case Western Reserve University Law School in only 2 1/2 years in January, 1970.
The thrust of this practice was and is to help the individual cope with the legal system, with bureaucracy, and with society through the use of law. "People Problems" is how it is referred to in this practice.
